Design

For clients seeking architectural input, we offer seamless collaboration with our network of trusted architects who understand our building methods and quality standards. If you already have plans prepared, we'll review them thoroughly and move directly to the next stage, ensuring buildability and identifying any potential improvements early in the process.

Build Estimate

Once the design is finalised, including all engineering details and specifications, we provide a comprehensive build estimate that breaks down each phase of the construction process. This detailed estimate gives you complete transparency on costs and helps you understand exactly what's involved in bringing your project to life.

Contract Selection


We offer two contract options to suit different needs and banking requirements:

*Fixed Price Contract: Some banks require this approach, providing upfront cost certainty for the entire project.

*Cost Plus Contract: Our preferred method offering greater flexibility and transparency, allowing you to closely monitor spending while adapting to changes.

This approach lets us collaborate on selecting the best materials within your budget and provides complete visibility into where every dollar is spent.

Council Approval & Permit Procurement

Navigating council approvals and permits can be complex and time-consuming. Our experienced team handles this entire process on your behalf, working closely with town planners, certifiers, and council authorities to ensure full compliance. We manage all the paperwork, submissions, and follow-ups, keeping you informed while removing the stress from your shoulders.

Construction Commencement

With approvals in place, we're ready for the exciting part—building your home. From day one, you'll receive real-time updates through our Buildertrend project management app, including detailed build schedules, daily site logs, and photo updates. This transparency ensures you're always in the loop and can watch your home take shape, even when you can't be on-site.

Project Management

Throughout construction, you'll have a dedicated Foreman, skilled carpentry team and the full support of Rhys and our Client Liaison.  who oversee every aspect of your build. Together, they oversee every stage of construction, working closely with you to ensure clear communication, seamless coordination, and complete understanding of every detail.

Rhys remains hands-on throughout the process, collaborating with the team and offering his expertise on materials, methods, and problem-solving to ensure we achieve results that exceed expectations.

Completion, Certification & Handover


As construction nears completion, we handle all final inspections and promptly apply for your Occupation Certificate. We prepare for a smooth, comprehensive handover where we walk you through every aspect of your new home. This is the exciting moment when your vision becomes reality and you receive the keys to your beautifully crafted home.
