She handles all the admin, project coordination, and systems that make our builds flow smoothly, from initial pricing through to final handover.
Her organised approach and attention to detail free up the team to focus on what they love most: building exceptional homes.
Rhys
Co-Founder & Director
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Rhys brings both technical expertise and genuine passion to every build.
He's obsessed with the small details that make the difference. Working closely with clients and trades to solve challenges, explore better methods, and ensure every project exceeds expectations.
Whether it's collaborating on design solutions or mentoring the team, Rhys creates an environment where everyone works together to achieve something special

When Brooke brought her talent for systems and organisation, they found the perfect partnership: his hands-on craftsmanship meeting her seamless project coordination.
